In a decree issued on Sunday, Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei appointed the new head and members of the board of trustees of the Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation, IRNA reported. Parviz Fattah, the new head of the organization, formerly served as the minister of energy from 2005 to 2009.
